Pull Scheduling, the basis of
Lean Manufacturing, is defined as ~ "Pull scheduling
is a concept of dynamic scheduling which is rescheduled in a short planning
cycle, for example, daily by backward allocation."
|
|
Schedules are
automatically fine-tuned to the extent possible. Under
ideal circumstances, further fine-tuning may not be
required. But, as you know, conditions will not
remain ideal for long and manual fine-tuning becomes imperative.
Optiflow-Le allows for
manual fine-tuning of dependencies,
sequences, lot size, kanban,
cycle overlap,
start-finish
dates & time, production rate,
operational efficiencies,
constraints
and more....
